A molten chocolate cake.

Chef Brittany Bardeleben is a dear friend of the Hot Stove Family and we are thrilled to have her in the kitchen with us to talk about everybody’s favorite – molten chocolate cakes!

Guests will learn how to make these delicious delights from start to finish, then sit down and watch Brittany demonstrate how to make a sweet and sticky caramel sauce.  Guests will go home with four individual cakes and a jar of Hot Cakes Pacific Sea Salt Caramel!

We will provide a light lunch of creamy tomato soup and a cheddar corn muffin.

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.

Please let us know about any allergens or dietary restrictions ahead of time to best accommodate you. Please note we are not able to accommodate vegan dietary restrictions for this class.
