Delicately pressed Asian pastry with powdered sugar on top.

Jackie Varriano, reporter for the Seattle Times, wrote such a glowing article about Kat Lieu’s book that we knew we needed her to teach a class!

The fascinating way the book came together was through a network of home bakers that  helped  her test and perfect the recipes. And the results are impressive!  Class will be a combination of demonstration and hands on participation. Attendees will receive a copy of the book and we will cover 4 recipes during class.

Demo and Taste: Cottony Japanese Cheesecake and Eggless Mochi Cheese Puffs

Demo, Taste and Hands-On: Satisfying Korean Egg Bread and  Matcha Miso Cookies
