The menu for this class was inspired by Aglaia Kremezi’s cookbook, Mediterranean Vegetarian Feasts.  She recommends that you “shop with your head up, not buried in a list: look, touch, taste and smell what the market has to offer.”

At the peak of the summer growing season we love using a broad and colorful selection of vegetables and herbs to set a beautiful table.

Guests will start the class with a glass of wine with additional beverages available to purchase. Payments accepted via card only.

Safety:  For this class, we are requiring all guests to have proof of full vaccination at least two weeks prior to class.  As we move forward in our opening plan, we are trying to keep everyone as safe as possible.  Guests will only be seated with the other guests on their registration, and seating will be socially distanced.  Everyone will need to wear their masks when not eating.  There will be a maximum number of 16 guests in this class.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
