Seared duck breast with tomatoes.

Many of us are hesitant to cook duck at home. It seems exotic and intimidating . But it is a favorite of restaurant chefs because, correctly done impressive results require only a few basic techniques.

Chef Annie will demonstrate the searing technique and then each guest will cook their own breast and blister some shishitos. The accompanying side dishes will be demonstration only. We hope you will join us for this early autumnal meal.
