A strawberry tart.

What would be a more perfect end to a delicious Easter brunch than a stunning strawberry tart?

Spend Saturday morning in the Hot Stove Kitchen with our charming Chefs Bridget Charters and Annie Elmore, as they teach the ins and outs of fruit tarts.  Each guest will receive a delicious vegetable hand pie and spring green salad while they watch our team demonstrate how to make the perfect sweet tart shell.  After the dough demo, guests will turn to the stoves to make a delicious orange scented pastry cream.  Everyone in class will go home with their pastry cream, as well a perfectly baked tart shell, some fresh strawberries, and whipped cream – everything you will need to make the most beautiful tart to serve your friends and family.

Beverages will be available for purchase.

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
