Let Hot Stove be your sous chef! This first of a series is a class where you prepare a meal to take home so you have something tasty waiting for you after a busy day.

But of course, you get to eat while you work.  We will demonstrate the preparation of the adobo sauce, handmade tortillas, a crunchy slaw and the side dishes. You will eat adobo and carnitas, sopes and guacamole.

Your take home dinner kit for 2 will include:

1 pint adobo sauce

2 chicken thighs

2 cups masa for tortillas

Pickled onion

Produce for  the guacamole

And the dressing and cabbage for the cumin lime slaw

Guests will start the class with a glass of wine with additional beverages available to purchase. Payments accepted via card only.

Safety:  For this class, we are requiring all guests to have proof of full vaccination at least two weeks prior to class.  As we move forward in our opening plan, we are trying to keep everyone as safe as possible.  Guests will only be seated with the other guests on their registration, and seating will be socially distanced.  Everyone will need to wear their masks when not eating.  There will be a maximum number of 16 guests in this class.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
