This menu may seem intimidating for some, but Chef Annie Elmore will walk you through all the steps of making these savory dishes in your own kitchen so you can share them with friends and family.

You will be greeted with the following banchan (selection of small side dishes):

Fried Little Anchovies

Sweet Soy Potatoes

Macaroni Salad

Sesame Bean Sprouts

Marinated Eggplant

Guests will watch a demonstration of the following and receive substantial tastes of each dish:

Crunchy Radish and Romaine Salad with Lime-Ginger Dressing

Kimchi Fried Rice with Crispy Fried Egg

Sweet Soy Korean Fried Chicken

Spicy Rice Cakes


Matcha Pastry Cream Chouxnut

Beverages will be available for purchase.

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
