Korean BBQ, one of the hottest trends out there right now, is delicious, exciting, and it can turn a meal into a super fun social event.  Hot Stove Guest Instructor Jamie Freedman is going to show you how to make Korean BBQ and Banchan, hands-on!

You’ll learn all about Banchan- the tiny dishes served with Korean BBQ, and you’ll make Banchan, hands-on. You’ll also get to make your own Kalbi Short Ribs including the delicious hot, sweet and salty marinade, and your own Bulgogi.  You’ll also have the chance to polish your knife skills on seasonal veggies for the grill.

When you finish BBQing all the food, we’ll sit down and enjoy eating together.  The Hot Stove team will make rice for you to eat with your meal.

  • Kalbi Short Ribs including marinade

  • Seasonal veggies to prep and grill

A glass of beer or wine is included with additional beverages available for purchase. Payments accepted via card only.

Safety:  For this class, we are requiring all guests to have proof of full vaccination at least two weeks prior to class.  As we move forward in our opening plan, we are trying to keep everyone as safe as possible.  Guests will only be seated with the other guests on their registration, and seating will be socially distanced.  Everyone will need to wear their masks when not eating.  There will be a maximum number of 16 guests in this class.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
