Holy Mountain is coming back to Brave Horse Tavern for another fantastic beer dinner with us. If there is one thing the Holy Mountain boys like more than beer it is Metal. So we are putting together a collaboration of food and beer inspired by the music that gets us all rocking.
If you were there last year, you know how rad this dinner is going to be. Six o’clock start time, six courses of Chef Brian’s delicious food paired with six rare and unusual beers, and lots of metal.

Paired with: Pork & Dungeness crab sausage, yuzu kosho, poppy seed pinch bun

The Goat
Paired with: Beer battered wilapa bay oyster, fermented salsify, green apple, rye
2nd course
Well of Souls
Paired with: Gebbers farm beef carpaccio, nooch flavored pringles, pickled citrus
3rd course
King’s Head
Paired with: Holmquist hazelnuts, bourbon, coffee granola, guanciale
4th course
Montmorency Table
Paired with: Muscovy duck, smoked confit, almond crepe, czernina flavors
5th course
Super Secret beer (shh…)
Paired with: TBD (Chef Brian is still figuring this one out)
