Vanessa will teach a slow and powerful class while Amber West shares her beautiful sound through crystal bowls followed by fresh juices and salad from Sweetgrass food co. In addition, you will taste mindful muffins, bring home KIND Snacks, and contribute to Yoga Behind Bars.
Yoga class is from 7:15-8:30 PM
You will hear how your contributions to Yoga Behind Bars is working.
