Summer is a time that we have an abundance of summer vegetables, and this class is going to give you ideas for making quick and delicious Italian pasta sauces at home.

Chef Bridget will share several ideas for variations to these different recipes and which types of pasta shape to use with which sauce.  We will be working with our friends from Chefshop to show you all the delicious brands of pasta

Guests will be greetied with a taste of Pasta Fagioli before Chef Bridget demonstrates the classic Aglio Olio and builds multiple summer sauces from that base including:

  • Pasta with Zucchini, Sausage and Ricotta
  • Pasta alla Norma: A Sicilian recipe of fried eggplant, tomatoes, garlic, Italian parsley, grated ricotta salata and fresh basil.
  • Pasta with Arugula, Tomatoes and Goat Cheese

Guests will then make their own Norma or Arugula pasta to enjoy in class.

Beverages will be available for purchase.

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.

Please let us know about any allergens or dietary restrictions ahead of time to best accommodate you. Please note we are not able to accommodate gluten-free dietary restrictions for this class.
