We tend to save souffles for special occasions, believing that they are too complicated for a simple weeknight supper. But with a good understanding of some basic techniques, you will soon be whipping them up for just any old Tuesday.

Chef Bridget Charters will walk you through the secrets of success for a consistently lofty souffle. We will cover the infinite possibilities of savory and sweet variations. Bring a friend and enjoy a delicious souffle brunch.

Safety: In compliance with state and federal directive, it is our policy to verify vaccination status for all events at Hot Stove Society. Proof of vaccination will be required for entry for everyone over 12 years of age. We require that you bring a mask to wear when you are moving about in our kitchen and may remove it when eating. Our staff is fully vaccinated and will wear masks except when presenting on the demonstration stage. Effective 10/04/2021.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
