Spend the evening in the Hot Stove Kitchen celebrating the food and drink of the Amalfi Coast.
Chef Bridget Charters will demonstrate a delicious coastal Italian menu while guests receive substantial tastes of each item. Everyone will be greeted with a glass of wine and a caprese salad (with real buffalo mozzarella) before Bridget starts demonstrating the following dishes:
- Spaghetti Vongole – Penn Cove Manila Clams, White Wine, Lemon, Parsley
- Zuppa di Pesce – Spicy Tomato Broth, Local Albacore, Rockfish, and Penn Cove Mussels
- Delizia al Limone – Mini Sponge Filled with Lemon Custard and Coated in Lemon Cream
This menu will be accompanied by the following cocktails, which Julie will demonstrate alongside Chef Bridget.
- Amalfi Martini – Vodka, Limoncello, Lemon Thyme
- Cran-Raspberry Spritz – Aperol, Raspberry Gelato, White Cranberry, Mint
- Amalfi Paloma – Campari, Tequila, Grapefruit, Blood Orange Soda
Ticket price is per 1 person.
