The Hot Stove team is happy to announce a monthly Dim Sum class. Each session will have one hands on recipe and the other tasty treats will be demonstrated.

The August menu includes Lo Mai GaiPork Hum BaoShrimp and cilantro pan fried dumplingMushroom and tofu wrap, and Gai Lan with oyster sauce. Class fee includes a non-alcoholic spritzer. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Payments accepted via card only. We hope you will join us to enjoy this festive style of eating tasty small bites.

Safety:  For this class, we are requiring all guests to have proof of full vaccination at least two weeks prior to class.  As we move forward in our opening plan, we are trying to keep everyone as safe as possible.  Guests will only be seated with the other guests on their registration, and seating will be socially distanced.  Everyone will need to wear their masks when not eating.  There will be a maximum number of 16 guests in this class.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
