Chef Moshe Basson is a well-known chef from Jerusalem, and we’re thrilled to welcome him into our kitchen to discuss his new book, “The Eucalyptus Cookbook.”
The book is based on his restaurant of the same name that started in the courtyard of his family’s home. He will entertain us with stories and delicious recipes from his homeland.
Join the Hot Stove Team for a fun evening with Chef Basson, as he cooks some of his favorite dishes from his book. A copy of the book is included with the class, and Chef Basson will be signing copies at the end of the meal.
You will be welcomed with Black-eyed Pea Dip with Herbed Flat Bread and a glass of cava.
Chef Basson will demonstrate the following dishes while the Hot Stove Team provides substantial tastes for our guests to enjoy:
- Beetroot Kubbeh – chicken and semolina dumplings simmered in a delicious beet soup
- King Solomon Couscous – a classic dish said to have sustained King Solomon on his journey!
- Whitefish Kebabs with Preserved Lemon Cream
Semolina Cake Basbousa Kisses (Coconut Semolina Honey Cake) will be served for dessert.
Ticket price is per 1 person.
Refund Policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead. Please note we are unable to accomodate vegetarian dietary restrictions for this class.
