Chef Tom Douglas and Chef Thierry Rautureau have always been huge fans of the beloved Julia Child – and in honor of her 108th birthday, and the (virtual) return of our Hot Stove Society, we have an epic celebration that should not be missed! After choosing some of Julia’s most cherished recipes, Tom and Thierry will show you how to make each item in the comfort of your own home, with some fun Julia Child memories along the way! Included with your ticket price and zoom link, you’ll pick up a dinner box for two on the 15th (note: class is the following day on the 16th), complete with an array of French dishes, ranging from cheesy gougères to cream of summer chanterelle soup, to duck a la peche and our new crop apple tarte tatin.

Most of your meal will be oven-ready so you can enjoy Tom & Thierry’s demos.  They will show you how to reheat and serve. Some will require a little hands-on cooking.
