Upon receiving recommendation from Anthony Bourdain’s list, “Top Places to Eat at in Seattle,” Chef Shama Joshi is back in the kitchen to teach us how to craft bánh mì sandwiches.

In this hands-on class you will learn to make pork belly and tofu banh mi sandwiches. You will grill both marinated proteins on a griddle. You will also learn how to make the garlic aioli, and put your knife skills to test with thin sliced cucumbers and julienned carrots and radishes for the pickles (that you get to take home in a mason jar!).

You will then assemble the sandwiches on a buttered and toasted baguette for a fun and satisfying dinner that is so easy to cook!

Beverages are available for purchase. Each ticket purchased is good for 1 attendee.
