Wild Ginger’s new location in South Lake Union is teaming up with Suntory Whisky for a delicious four-course dining voyage they’re calling ‘Big in Japan’! Original dishes prepared by their Chef, Gihan Ernest, will be paired with handcrafted cocktails showcasing Japanese whiskys out of the House of Suntory.


Amuse-Bouche: Thai Fish Cake With Coconut Sauce.
Baburu: Hakushu 12, Lemon Juice, Cinnamon Syrup, Sparkling Wine

First Course: Crispy Duck Roll, Plum Sauce, Pickles, Five-Spice Salt.

Second Course: Kola Kenda (Herbal Ayurvedik Soup)
The Medicine Man: Suntory Toki, Lime/Honey Syrup

Entrée: Malayali-Style Beef Wrapped With Banana Leaf, Beetroot, Channa Dhal Curry, Pickles.
Year of the Dragon: Yamazaki, Creme De Violette, Dragonfruit Syrup
