Between the 12th and 14th centuries, tens of thousands of people walked from all parts of Europe to Santiago de Compostela, Spain on what we now know as the Camino de Santiago. Much of the original infrastructure for housing those pilgrims still exists allowing present day travelers to stay in medieval stone buildings, as well as newer facilities that are also available. The Camino is alive and well today, with people from over 20 countries who make the journey each year. Our presenters have logged thousands of miles on the Camino. Join us as they share their Camino experience and provide you with information on how to prepare for your journey and what to expect once you start walking. Also, while not a part of the main presentation, we will have a person available at the back of the conference room (before and after the presentation) who can answer questions on biking the Camino.
