Havana Sweets Bakeshop sells pastelitos, which is a Cuban puff pastry stuffed with guava and/or cheese. They’re a pretty new and small bakery that works out of a commercial kitchen. These will be their first pop-ups, as most of their sales come from online pre-orders. They are offering pre-order pick-ups and individual sales.

Wicked Macarons is a Black & woman-owned French macaron bakery. This bakery is also operated from online sales, but has done several successful pop-ups. She’s offering unique and delicious flavors such as earl grey lavender, peanut butter and pickle, feta and fig, cotton candy, salted caramel pretzel, and so many more! She will also have “mak-pops”, which have macarons and cake pops combined.
