Chef Annie Elmore will demonstrate how to make the incredibly versatile bao dough to use in 3 different versions of dumplings.

Participants will fill and cook each style – steam bao, pan seared bao, and pinch buns. All fillings will be vegetarian and artfully seasoned.

Ticket price is per 1 person.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
