Your pet will undoubtedly be impressed that you brought him/her to Seattle’s first public park, established in 1884. Since it’s less than 7 acres, it’s possible to sniff every bench, pathway, lamppost, and other dog in just a few minutes, which makes Denny Park a remarkably convenient, calm getaway for being so close to downtown. Dogs must be on leash at all times in Denny Park.

Since it carried its first passengers in December 2007, the Seattle Streetcar quickly turned into an indispensable way for people to get to and from the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, all the businesses in South Lake Union, downtown Seattle, and transit links at Westlake Center.
