This live, on-air auction hosted by 710 ESPN Seattle will feature autographed sports memorabilia and unique sports experiences from the Seattle Seahawks, Mariners and Sounders FC. These teams have come together in partnership with 710 ESPN Seattle and www.MyNorthwest.com in support of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
Proceeds raised during the Ultimate Sports Auction will benefit the Hutchinson Center's Pete Gross House and Family Assistance Fund. Listeners will have the opportunity to call in and make a donation for autographed sports memorabilia and bid on special sports packages generously donated from these professional teams.

The last Sunday of each month Immanuel Community Services provides a hot meal to anyone who enters our doors. 250 people are served a healthy nutritious meal prepared and served by volunteers. ICS is currently seeking volunteers to help with this program. You only need a willingness to follow instructions and a big heart!
ICS needs volunteers:
Saturday, 9:00–11:00 AM: Help prepare and cook Food
Sunday, 9:00-11:00 AM: Help prepare for luncheon
Sunday, 11:00 AM–2:00 PM: Help serve and clean up
If you are interested in volunteering during any of the times listed above, please contact ICS Executive Director Patty Turnberg.

Here’s a chance to give back to your community!
ICS, located right here in the Cascade Neighborhood, is looking for a few volunteers to help with marketing and fundraising efforts.
If you have marketing, branding, web design, community relations or graphic design skills, or you like to create and organize fun events, please contact Patty Turnberg, Executive Director of ICS.
It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and work for a good cause. ICS services include a Food Bank, Community Meals Program, Hygiene Program and a Recovery Program.
