Whether you’re thinking about getting into graphic design, web design, or advertising art direction, this introductory course is a great place to get started. We’ll look at the most basic building blocks of design: color, form, texture, composition, symbolism, and other design concepts. Then we’ll help you build a vocabulary and critical eye, so you can put words around what makes a design good, bad or merely mediocre. You’ll do weekly assignments that introduce you to the elements of design, and prepare you to move into higher level classes where you’ll work on portfolio pieces.

This summer treat yourself with a therapeutic massage and help a foster kid in need at the same time! Lake Union Wellness is proud to partner with the Children's Home Society to present a toy drive for the needy families that CHSW serves every day.
You can show your support to the CHSW in 2 ways:
1. For each new chiropractic patient for the month of July, Lake Union Wellness will donate a toy (valued at $25) to the drive. Refer in a friend or co-worker and we'll do the rest!
2. Every patient who brings in a toy for donation will be eligible to $30 off a one hour deep tissue massage. That's only $50 for the treatment and a kid gets a present!
