The last Sunday of each month Immanuel Community Services provides a hot meal to anyone who enters our doors. 250 people are served a healthy nutritious meal prepared and served by volunteers. ICS is currently seeking volunteers to help with this program. You only need a willingness to follow instructions and a big heart!

ICS needs volunteers:
Saturday, 9:00–11:00 AM: Help prepare and cook Food
Sunday, 9:00-11:00 AM: Help prepare for luncheon
Sunday, 11:00 AM–2:00 PM: Help serve and clean up

Seattle Unity Church is presenting a six week course based on the book, Discover the Power Within You by Eric Butterworth. This course is a spiritual study of the teachings of Jesus Christ through the eyes of The Unity movement.

Butterworth's book opens for inquiry the thesis that we all can discover, accept and release the same power of Divinity that Jesus believed to be within himself.

Exploring the "depth potential", Butterworth outlines ways in which we can release the power locked within us for better health, greater confidence, increased success, and inspired openness to let our light shine forth for others.

This summer treat yourself with a therapeutic massage and help a foster kid in need at the same time! Lake Union Wellness is proud to partner with the Children's Home Society to present a toy drive for the needy families that CHSW serves every day.

You can show your support to the CHSW in 2 ways:

1. For each new chiropractic patient for the month of July, Lake Union Wellness will donate a toy (valued at $25) to the drive. Refer in a friend or co-worker and we'll do the rest!
